Terms & conditions

Terms of Service (Agreement) are entered into by the company Noure (Company) and the entity or person who orders or accesses the Services (Customer). The Agreement consists of the terms set forth below and any order form. The effective date of the Agreement is January 12, 2025, which is earlier of the two options: (a) The Customer's initial access to the Services through any online process, registration, or order, or (b) The effective date of the first order form. The Agreement governs the initial order of the Customer as of the Effective Date, as well as any future orders that refer to this Agreement. Noure may amend this Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 13.4 (Modification).

1. Definitions

1.1 "Authorized Devices" means mobile, desktop, or other devices through which the Services can be accessed and used.

1.2 "Content" means code, content, fonts, graphics, designs, documents, or materials created using the Services by the Customer and its users or imported into the Services by the Customer and its users.

1.3 "Documentation" means technical materials provided by Noure to the Customer and/or its users in printed or electronic form, describing the use and operation of the Services.

1.4 "Services" refers to the products and services of Noure (SaaS), web design, tools, and downloadable applications for desktop and mobile devices. Each order form will identify the details of the Customer's subscription.

1.5 "Order Form" means a document signed by both parties that identifies the enterprise Services to be provided by Noure under this Agreement.

1.6 "Packages" or "Components" refer to addon modules available within the Services. These packages may be created by Noure, the Customer, or other third parties. Packages and Components created by Noure are supported as part of the Services. Noure will endeavor to support the use of Packages and Components created by third parties, but is not responsible for warranties regarding these Packages and Components.

1.7 "User" means an employee, contractor, or other person associated with the Customer who has access to the Services according to access protocols.

2. License and Rights to Use

2.1 Services. Noure grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the Term of this Agreement (as defined in Section 12) to: (a) use the Services and download and install desktop or mobile applications on permitted devices solely for the internal business purposes of the Customer in accordance with the Documentation, and/or (b) use our SaaS products, web design tools, and website creation systems under the domain noure.eu.

2.2 Provision of Services. Noure will provide the Customer with necessary passwords, security protocols, policies, network links, or connections ("Access Protocols") to enable access for the Customer and its users to the Services as described in this Agreement.
